Professional Bilingual Learning Styles Assessment for Fawzia Academy

I am looking for a professional developer to create a bilingual (Arabic and English) Learning Styles Assessment based on the VARK model. The assessment should include:
- A professional design aligned with Fawzia Academy’s identity.
- Clear questions suitable for students, with automatic scoring and analysis.
- Identification of dominant learning preferences (Visual, Auditory, Read/Write, Kinesthetic), including mixed preferences.
- Personalized learning recommendations based on results.
- A clear and professional results page for each student.
- Exportable results compatible with Excel for data analysis.
- A reusable format for different student groups.

Important Requirements:
- The final product and all related files, questions, scoring logic, analysis, and design will be exclusive property of Fawzia Academy.
- The assessment must be fully copyable and duplicable, allowing me to create multiple copies for different student groups and schools without depending on the freelancer.
- All files, forms, questions, scoring logic, analysis, and related materials must be delivered upon completion.
- The project must be completed by Friday, August 21, 2026, to ensure readiness for the academic year.
- Proposals should clearly specify the final deliverables, completion date, and what is included in the $100 fixed-price budget.
