Manual Excel Data Entry & Writing

Hundreds of printed pages need to be transferred into clean, well-structured Excel sheets. The work is strictly manual data input: every figure, label, and note must be keyed in exactly as it appears on the printed documents, checked for accuracy, and laid out in the worksheet I will provide.

When the data entry is complete, add a short descriptive line at the top of each sheet so anyone opening the file immediately understands the contents. No formulas or analysis are required—just precise data capture and a brief text header for clarity.

Tools: Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets if preferred). Careful attention to detail is essential, as I will spot-check several random records against the originals.

Deliverables:
• A single Excel workbook containing all records, neatly organized and fully populated
• Brief header text on each sheet summarizing its content
• Confirmation log indicating any illegible fields you could not transcribe

Acceptance criteria: 99 % transcription accuracy on audit, all pages accounted for, and the file delivered in .xlsx format.
