I run a fast-growing food brand and need a dedicated freelancer to take full ownership of our social media presence. My goal is to build a consistent look and voice, grow an engaged community, and ultimately convert followers into loyal customers.
You will start by reviewing our existing accounts (or, if you think a fresh setup makes more sense, advise me). From there I’d like a clear content calendar that blends mouth-watering visuals, behind-the-scenes clips, product spotlights, and any creative ideas you believe will resonate with food lovers. I’m open to focusing on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter—or whichever mix you can justify with data.
If you notice gaps in branding, please outline what a lightweight style guide should include so that every post feels on-brand. I’m especially interested in:
• consistent color palette and typography
• tone of voice for captions and replies
• photo/video guidelines that highlight food textures and freshness
Core deliverables each month:
1. Content plan with post dates, captions, and asset notes
2. Edited images or short-form videos ready to publish (I can supply raw product shots as needed)
3. Scheduled posts via your preferred management tool
4. Community engagement—timely replies to comments and DMs during agreed-upon hours
5. A simple performance report outlining key metrics, wins, and next steps
Please share examples of food, beverage, or lifestyle brands you’ve managed, the tools you’re comfortable with (e.g., Canva, Later, Hootsuite, Adobe Suite), and how you structure your workflow. If you can take on light paid promotion management later, mention that too.
I’m looking to kick this off within the next two weeks, so let me know your availability and how you would approach our first 30 days.
