Lot Subdivision Layout Redraw

I have an existing subdivision sketch that needs to be professionally redrawn so it looks sharp on both a digital brochure and a large-format on-site sign. The redraw only has to show the basic lot outlines with clear labels—no dimensions, textures, or landscaping—so the focus stays on the block numbering and boundaries.

Please deliver the finished artwork as a high-resolution JPEG suitable for offset printing as well as standard screen use. I’ll supply our branding guidelines (colours, fonts, and logo usage) once we start; simply apply them so the graphic aligns with the rest of our marketing collateral.

Deliverables
• High-resolution JPEG of the cleaned-up layout, sized for A3 and scalable to 2 m wide without pixelation
• Editable source file (AI, PSD, or similar) for any future tweaks
