Basketball Event Branding Assets

I’m launching the promotional push for my upcoming basketball event and need a complete visual identity that feels bold and energetic from the first glance. In the next 10 days I have to unveil the event and open registrations, so the first batch of artwork is urgent. A second wave—refinements and additional variations—can follow about two weeks later.

Scope of work
The campaign starts with print-ready flyers and posters, plus a full set of social-media graphics sized for Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook and stories. Every piece should share one striking look and feel, centred on strong colours, dynamic typography and high-energy imagery. I’ll supply team logos, the confirmed arena name and the draft event schedule; you’ll work them seamlessly into the designs.

Key requirements
• Master style guide that defines colour palette, type hierarchy and any graphic motifs
• Two poster/flyer layouts (A3 and US Letter) delivered both as press-ready PDFs and editable source files (AI or PSD)
• Social templates for feed posts, reels/stories and profile banners, supplied in layered format so my interns can swap photos or dates quickly
• All assets organised and labelled clearly, with a short hand-off note explaining layer structure and font usage

Timeline & hand-off
Milestone 1 (Day 10): completed style guide + first poster, flyer and one set of social posts, ready to publish.
Milestone 2 (Day 25): remaining social variations, any requested tweaks and the fully packaged, editable files.
