Looking for a Ready-Made Unity Simulation Game – $10–15 Budget

I’m looking to purchase a ready-made or nearly completed Unity simulation game project.

I am NOT looking for a game to be developed from scratch. I’m interested in developers who already have existing Unity projects, templates, prototypes, or previously developed games that they are willing to sell.
