I need an Android app that reveals a single digit (0-9) at preset times of the day, turning the draw into a simple, fast-paced social game. Alongside the app, I also want an informational website that mirrors the live result, explains the rules, and hosts basic community updates.
The heart of the build is an admin console that lets me handle user management with ease—creating accounts, banning suspicious profiles, resetting passwords, and overriding draws when required. From that same back end I should be able to adjust the scheduled “open” times, push announcements to the site, and trigger app notifications.
Core deliverables:
• Android APK and source code showing a clean splash screen, countdown timer, and auto-refreshing number reveal
• Responsive informational website that streams the current draw and past results in real time
• Unified admin panel with secure login and full user management controls
• Cloud database and API layer so the app and site stay perfectly in sync
• Clear deployment notes plus a short hand-over call to walk me through routine maintenance
Acceptance criteria:
1. Digit display updates instantly across both platforms at each scheduled release.
2. Admin actions (add, block, edit user) reflect immediately without downtime.
3. Code passes a quick review for readability and includes basic unit tests.
