YouTube Travel Vlog Editor Needed (Hindi Content | Long-Term Opportunity)

Hi,

I recently started creating YouTube travel and lifestyle vlog content and am looking for a video editor to work with me on a long-term basis.

I already know video editing myself, but due to my full-time job, I don't have enough time to consistently edit and publish content.

Important Requirement

My content is primarily in Hindi and follows a storytelling/vlogging format.

This is not a simple cut-and-paste editing project.

The editor must be able to:

Understand spoken Hindi comfortably
Follow the story and flow of the vlog
Understand conversations, reactions, travel experiences, and important moments
Help create an engaging viewing experience rather than simply trimming footage

Because of this, I strongly prefer editors from India or editors who are fluent in Hindi and familiar with Indian travel and vlog content.

Project Details

The first project includes:

Travel vlog content
2 to 4 YouTube videos
Each video approximately 20-40 minutes long
Raw footage and guidance will be provided
I will explain the expected style and storytelling approach
Deliverables

For each vlog:

Full YouTube edit
Smooth cuts and transitions
Background music
Basic color correction
Audio balancing
Text and subtitles when needed
Thumbnail suggestions (optional)

Additionally:

Multiple Instagram Reels
YouTube Shorts
Vertical clips for social media from the same footage
Preferred Skills
Adobe Premiere Pro (Preferred)
Experience with YouTube vlogs or travel content
Understanding of storytelling and viewer retention
Good communication and willingness to take feedback
Experience Level

As this is a newly started channel, the budget is limited at the moment.

However, I am looking for a reliable person for long-term collaboration. If things go well, there will be regular work and the editor can become a permanent part of the content creation journey.
