I manage a steady stream of 3D work and now need an extra pair of skilled Blender hands to keep production moving smoothly over the coming months. Projects range from quick, looping social-media clips to full minute-long pieces that blend character, product, and light environmental shots, so flexibility inside Blender’s animation, shading, and compositing stacks is essential.
Here’s how we’ll work together
• I supply storyboards, reference footage, or rough blocking files.
• You handle the full Blender pipeline—model tweaks, rigging, keyframe or graph-editor polish, lighting, and final render setup (Eevee or Cycles based on brief).
• Final deliveries come in both the .blend file and a rendered image sequence or ProRes-encoded video, ready for my editing pass in Resolve/Premiere.
Acceptance criteria
• Motion reads clearly at 24 fps without jitter or foot-slip.
• All meshes are cleanly topology-optimized; rigs are named and grouped logically.
• Scene file opens error-free in Blender 3.6 LTS on Windows and macOS.
• You meet the agreed deadline and are available for a reasonable round of revision notes.
Communication happens on Slack or Discord with asset hand-off through Google Drive. I expect a quick test shot first (paid, of course). If we click, the workload can scale to multiple shots each month.
