About the Role
We're hiring a Logistics & Operations Assistant to support a growing company in the commercial services industry. This is a 100% remote, full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can independently manage administrative and operational tasks across departments, including Operations, Billing, and Customer Communication, with strong attention to detail.
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)
Key Responsibilities

Execute and monitor administrative tasks across departments, ensuring all requests are handled within established timelines

Maintain accurate data entry and update records in CRM and internal systems

Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner

Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation to keep operations running smoothly

Ensure customer files, notes, and records remain organized and accessible at all times

Prepare clear, error-free customer-facing documentation and reports

Identify potential issues or delays and escalate them to the appropriate coordinator

Other related tasks as needed

Requirements

Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish

2–5 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or customer-facing roles

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities

Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to evolving or partially documented workflows

Experience with Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar project management tools is a plus

Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload) and backup connection

Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
