LLC/LTD Formation & Bank Setup

I’m ready to launch a new e-commerce brand that will start on Shopify and quickly expand to Amazon and additional marketplaces. To do this smoothly I need a fully-registered company (either a U.S. LLC or a U.K. LTD—whichever proves the most practical for my circumstances) together with a business bank account that I can open and operate online from Indonesia.

About me
• Nationality: SYRIAN
• Current residence: Indonesia (Business Permit ITAS)
• Documents on hand: valid passport, residence permit, personal & business bank accounts, driving licence, personal & business tax IDs, recent utility bill.

Primary goal
The bank account must reliably accept payouts from Shopify, Amazon and other marketplaces and be ready for future multi-currency use.

What I expect from you
1. Advise on the jurisdiction that offers the fastest and most dependable path for a non-resident with my profile.
2. Handle the entire company formation process, including EIN/UTR or any equivalent tax numbers.
3. Secure an online-friendly business bank account (or fintech alternative accepted by Shopify & Amazon) and deliver formal confirmation that it is active and ready for deposits.
4. Provide all digital copies of incorporation documents, operating agreement / articles, and any banking resolutions needed to link payment processors.

Acceptance criteria
• Company officially registered and searchable in the public registry.
• Bank account login credentials delivered with proof of first test deposit.
• All paperwork supplied in PDF plus originals dispatched by courier if required.
• Clear, written guidance on linking the account to my Shopify store.
