Live Roulette Outcome Tracking Software

I need a custom desktop or web-based tool that watches Bovada.com’s live roulette tables in real time, pulls every spin result as it happens, and notifies me whenever a chosen outcome has failed to appear for a user-defined streak length.

The streak logic must be fully configurable. Right now I want to track the following groupings:

• 1-12, 13-24, and 25-36 sectors
• 1st columns (1,4,7,10,13,16,19,22,25,28,31,34)
• 2nd columns (2,5,8,11,14,17,20,23,26,29,32,35)
• 3rd columns (3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33,36))
• Red/Black properties
• Odd/Even properties

For each of these groups I need to set an independent “alert after X spins without a hit” value from a simple control panel, press Start, and then receive either a desktop pop-up, sound, or Telegram/Discord push (I’m flexible) the moment any threshold is reached.

Key expectations
– Real-time scraping of Bovada’s live roulette results without violating their TOS
– No page refresh flashing; data capture should be silent and continuous
– A clean UI to add or edit streak thresholds on the fly
– Alert log that shows the table, time, streak length, and missed grouping
– Runs on Windows 10; a portable executable or Python script with environment guide is fine
