Optimize MS365 Power Automate Workflow

I need to tighten the hand-off between Excel, Word, and SharePoint so information moves automatically instead of being copied and pasted all day. The current workflow has slow and inefficient steps that need to be optimized while integrating some additional apps/features to enhance functionality.

The goal is a set of Power Automate flows that capture data as soon as it is entered (or updated) in Excel, push or pull the corresponding fields in Word templates, then store and version them in the correct SharePoint libraries—no duplicate typing, no missed updates. Security trimming and existing permissions inside the SharePoint site must stay intact.

Please design, build and test the flows, document how each one works, and provide a short walkthrough so my team can maintain or extend them later. If there are connector limits or licensing considerations that affect the approach, flag them up front so we can make decisions early.

Acceptance criteria:
• Optimized workflow eliminating inefficiencies and speeding up processes within minutes.
• Successful integration of additional apps/features into the workflow.
• Word documents generated or edited by the flow land in the right SharePoint folder with correct metadata.
• A log in SharePoint or Power Automate clearly shows when each flow runs and whether it succeeded.
