LinkedIn Feed Photo Enhancements

I’ll be sending you ten Sony ARW files from a recent business shoot and I need each one polished for my LinkedIn feed. The goal is a warm, inviting look that still feels true-to-life—nothing plastic, no AI gimmicks, and definitely no over-smoothing.

Please concentrate on balancing lighting and exposure, refining overall color, and giving both foreground and background just enough light so the subject stands out naturally. A touch of face retouching is fine to even skin tone or remove a stray blemish, but I still want pores, texture, and character to remain visible.

Deliverables
• 10 high-resolution JPEGs (sRGB, ready for LinkedIn)
• Same images in full-resolution TIFF or PSD with layers intact for any future tweaks

I work in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop myself, so consistent color management matters. When you hand the files back, I’ll check that tones remain warm, highlights stay controlled, and no sharpening halos or retouch artifacts appear at 100 %. If you keep that bar in mind, we’ll be set.
