LinkedIn Candidate Outreach Specialist

I’m looking for someone who lives and breathes LinkedIn Recruiter to run a discreet, well-targeted outreach campaign that attracts the right talent without broadcasting our hiring plans to the entire platform. Your core focus will be direct candidate outreach and management of LinkedIn job ads. I’ll rely on you to screen incoming applications and tag them accurately, before sharing resulting with the management on an ongoing basis

Key deliverables:
• End-to-end management of LinkedIn job ads, including continuous A/B testing of headlines and visuals
• Daily candidate outreach handled through LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator with customised, discreet messaging
• Reporting that breaks down applicant quality, response rates, and recommended next steps
