**Need Help Dialing In 100W MOPA Fiber Laser Settings for Metal Cards**

I’m looking for someone who has real experience with **100W MOPA fiber lasers and LightBurn**, specifically engraving metal bank cards.

I already have my laser running and engraving, but I need help finding the **best settings for each card finish** so I can get a consistent, dark black engraving without damaging the card.

These are the finishes I need settings for:

**Matte**

* Matte White
* Matte Black
* Matte Gold
* Matte Silver
* Matte Black Brass
* Matte Green
* Matte Red
* Matte Pink
* Matte Blue

**Brushed**

* Brush Gold
* Brush Silver
* Brush Rose Gold
* Brush Red
* Brush Blue
* Brush Black
* Brush Green
* Brush Purple
* Brush Rainbow

I want to dial in the correct **speed, power, frequency, Q-pulse/pulse width, line interval, hatch settings, passes, and any other important LightBurn settings** for each finish.

The main goal is a **dark, clean, even engraving** with sharp details, without warping the card, making the surface too rough, or removing more material than necessary.

Once we find the correct settings, I would also like help organizing everything into a **LightBurn material library (.clb)** so I can simply select the card finish I’m using and have the correct settings ready.

I have the cards available for testing and can run test grids/settings on my machine if needed.

Please only contact me if you have experience with **MOPA fiber lasers and metal engraving**. If you have worked specifically with metal bank cards, even better.

Please send me pictures of previous MOPA engraving work and let me know what wattage and laser you have experience with.
