Job Title: UI/UX Designer — Early-Stage Legal-Tech SaaS (Part-Time / Remote)
About us
SIVA is an early-stage startup building a compliance platform for the UK immigration-law market — a tool that helps law firms monitor sponsor-licence compliance for their clients. We're a small, fast-moving founding team. You'd be our first designer, shaping the product's look and feel from the ground up.
The role
We're looking for a UI/UX designer to own the visual and interaction design of our web platform: a clean, trustworthy dashboard for solicitors and a simple portal for their clients. This is hands-on product design — from wireframes to polished, developer-ready screens.
What you'll do
- Design intuitive, professional interfaces for a data-heavy compliance dashboard
- Turn rough requirements into wireframes, then high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
- Build and maintain a simple, consistent design system (components, colours, typography)
- Work directly with the founders and developer to ship designs that get built
- Keep the experience clean and trustworthy — this is a serious, regulated market
What we're looking for
- A strong portfolio of web/SaaS interface work (dashboards or B2B tools a big plus)
- Fluency in Figma
- Solid grasp of UX fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, accessibility, responsive design
- English proficiency at C1 or higher — clear written and spoken communication is essential
- Self-directed and reliable working remotely with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage startup
Location
- Remote — open to candidates in Europe and the Americas. You should have a few working hours that overlap with UK/European time.
Compensation
€300/month, part-time / flexible hours (contract). As an early-stage venture, there's scope for the role and compensation to grow as the product gains traction.
