Lecture Transcription & Plain Subtitles

I have a collection of English-language lectures and educational videos that now need to be fully transcribed and converted into straightforward subtitle files. The task is two-fold:

• First, listen through each recording and produce an accurate, verbatim transcript.
• Then, take that same text and format it as plain-text subtitles—no time-codes, fonts, or styling; just clean, line-broken dialogue ready for easy import or on-screen overlay.

Audio clarity varies a little from video to video, so a good ear for academic terminology and the ability to spot-check any unclear passages is important. Finished files can be delivered in .docx or Google Docs for the transcript and simple .txt for the subtitles.
