Precise Image-to-Word Transcription

I have 11 crystal-clear images made up entirely of typed text and several non-standard symbols. I need every word, letter, and special character transferred into a single Microsoft Word (.docx) file so that the finished document mirrors the images line for line and page for page. Fonts, spacing, paragraph breaks, bold or italic emphasis, any tables or bullet styles—everything must look exactly as it does in the originals.

You’re free to use OCR or manual typing, but the final result has to be thoroughly proof-read; one missed character or formatting slip will stand out. Deliver the completed Word file and, if you run OCR, include that raw output as a separate file for reference.
