Lead Generation Specialist for Content creation for Dubai Real estate

We are a Dubai-based real estate content production business looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist based in India to generate and qualify potential clients interested in Dubai properties.

This is a fully remote role. You will work from India or anywhere around the world while targeting potential buyers, investors, and property leads in Dubai/UAE and relevant international markets.

Responsibilities
Research and identify potential buyers and investors interested in Dubai real estate
Generate qualified leads through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, property-related platforms and other relevant channels
Build and maintain an organised lead database
Collect relevant information such as name, location, contact details, budget and property requirements
Qualify leads based on their interest, budget and buying timeline
Share qualified leads with our Dubai-based sales team
Maintain regular updates in Google Sheets/CRM
Research new strategies and sources to improve lead quality
Requirements
Previous experience in Dubai/UAE real estate lead generation is preferred
Strong research and internet skills
Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other lead-generation platforms
Good written and spoken English
Ability to identify genuine and relevant prospects rather than simply providing large lists of unqualified contacts
Good understanding of Dubai property terminology is a plus
Must be reliable and able to work independently from India

Payment

We are open to discussing:

Monthly fixed payment
Per-qualified-lead payment
Performance/commission-based structure
Or a combination depending on experience
