I am setting up a Società a Responsabilità Limitata Semplificata (S.R.L.S.) that will operate in the real-estate sector and I need an expert who can take me from a blank sheet of paper to a fully registered, compliant company. Every document still has to be drafted, so you will be creating—not just reviewing—the full bilingual (Italian + English) suite of papers and filings.

The work I expect from you covers three intertwined streams: drafting all founding acts, steering each step of the registration workflow at the Registro delle Imprese, and validating that every move aligns with current Italian company law and the real-estate-specific requirements that apply to an S.R.L.S. I will rely on you to explain the rationale behind each clause or administrative form so that I understand the choices we are making.

Deliverables
• Atto costitutivo & statuto in Italian and English
• Any shareholder or quota-holder agreements required for real-estate activities
• Forms and filings for the Chamber of Commerce, Agenzia delle Entrate (codice fiscale, VAT), and optional REA registration if advisable
• Step-by-step filing calendar with confirmation of acceptance at each stage
• A short compliance checklist summarising post-incorporation obligations (corporate books, tax filings, anti-money-laundering duties, etc.)

Acceptance criteria
• All documents accepted by the relevant authorities without the need for resubmission
• Bilingual versions mirror each other in legal meaning
• Final package delivered in editable formats (Word + PDF) plus stamped copies where applicable
