I’m assembling litigation-ready files from inspections that I preform and need a sharp, detail-oriented professional to help me analyze site inspection reports that I preform, match them with photo evidence and contract language, and flag every mismatch between what was promised and what was actually produced in the field. The inspection report analysis is the heart of the assignment, and each document must be checked for regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and the true condition of the materials or equipment described.

I have a workflow set up that integrates with my Field operations CRM, google drive and a Template that I’ve generated and paired with an ai bit to help us with the remedial information and redundancy of the process.

Deliverables
• Annotated inspection reports and photos with discrepancies clearly marked
• A cross-referenced matrix (Excel or Sheets) showing report line-item, photo ID, contract clause, and the variance you identified - inbound clients and the Process of scheduling and invoicing etc.
• An executive summary (1-2 paragraph) highlighting the most significant issues and potential exposure

Experience with solar EPC projects is a welcome bonus because many of the records involve PV installations, but it is absolutely not a requirement. What matters most is precision in comparing the promised values to real world data and production reports of the systems- an investigative mindset, and the ability to turn small findings into clear, courtroom-ready language, there is not a lot of defense to stand up against this so If that sounds like you, let’s talk and get started right away.
