Extract PDFs to Excel Sheets

I have a collection of identical PDF forms and need every piece of text data and each embedded table moved into Excel. Each source form must appear on its own worksheet, ideally named after the original file so I can trace it back quickly.

Accuracy is critical: all fields, every row and column from the tables, no omissions or merged cells that break sorting or filtering later. If you prefer to automate, feel free to use Python (PyPDF2, pdfplumber, tabula-py, camelot), Power Query, VBA, or any other reliable tool—just package the finished workbook and include the script or macro with a short “how-to-run” note so I can repeat the process whenever new forms arrive.
