Title: Full Stack Developer and Flutter Expert for MediBookHome
Project Description
We are looking for an experienced full stack developer with Flutter expertise to complete and launch our existing healthcare booking platform MediBookHome.
Approximately 80 percent of the website is already developed. We need a developer to audit the existing code, fix bugs, complete missing features, test all workflows, develop two native Flutter applications for Android and iOS, and deploy the complete system.
Existing Technology
Next.js 14, React, TypeScript, Turborepo, pnpm, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Supabase, JWT, OTP, Vercel, GitHub Actions, Google Maps, payment gateway, and existing Admin and CRM modules.
Scope of Work
1. Website and Backend Audit
Audit all pages, forms, APIs, and modules. Identify missing functionality, broken links, incorrect redirects, API failures, database errors, and incomplete workflows.
Test form validation, authentication, permissions, and relevant HTTP errors including 400, 401, 403, 404, and 500 series errors. Provide an audit report with issues and recommended fixes.
2. Complete Booking Workflow
Test registration, login, OTP verification, patient details, addresses, service selection, pricing, scheduling, checkout, booking creation, confirmation, history, and status updates.
Test all supported services including nursing at home, lab tests, health packages, physiotherapy, and doctor consultations where available.
3. Payments and Refunds
Test successful, failed, pending, and cancelled payments, timeouts, duplicate transactions, webhook verification, cancellations, and refunds wherever supported.
Ensure bookings are confirmed only after successful backend payment verification.
4. Admin and CRM
Test customer management, booking management, partner assignment, service and package management, lab partners, pricing, payment records, refunds, notifications, permissions, document verification, support tickets, and reports.
5. Partner Workflows
Test registration, profiles, KYC documents, approval, availability, booking assignments, acceptance and rejection, scheduling, service progress, completion, notifications, and booking history.
Cover lab partners, technicians, nurses, physiotherapists, doctors, and other supported providers.
6. API, Database, Security, and Performance
Review APIs, database queries, Prisma, authentication, authorization, data consistency, and error handling.
Investigate slow website loading, delayed data display, API latency, database performance, and unnecessary requests. Fix identified security and performance issues within the agreed scope.
7. Customer Flutter App
Develop a native Flutter application for Android and iOS with registration, OTP login, home screen, services, health packages, patient profiles, addresses, Google Maps, scheduling, booking, payment, confirmation, booking tracking, history, cancellation status, notifications, and customer support.
8. Partner Flutter App
Develop a separate native Flutter application for Android and iOS with partner login, profiles, KYC, approval status, availability, assigned bookings, acceptance or rejection, patient details with proper permissions, navigation, service status updates, completion, notifications, booking history, and support.
Both apps must integrate with the existing backend. A simple website inside a WebView will not be accepted as a replacement for native Flutter development.
9. Integration and Testing
Test the complete journey from customer registration to booking, payment, Admin management, partner assignment, service completion, and booking history.
Test failed payments, duplicate requests, network interruptions, cancellations, refunds, and synchronization across the website, backend, Admin dashboard, and both apps.
Perform functional, API, regression, security, performance, and mobile testing. Provide test reports and fix critical issues before launch.
10. Production Deployment
Deploy the website and backend using the existing infrastructure. Verify production configuration, database, domains, SSL, APIs, payment gateway, Maps, OTP, and CI/CD.
Prepare and submit all four mobile releases.
