Launch & Manage Remote Cleaning Venture

I’m looking to hire a team of five trustworthy and experienced professionals to help launch and manage my remote cleaning business. I need people who understand their areas of expertise, take initiative, and can clearly define how their skills will contribute to the company without requiring constant direction.

Each team member should be dependable, self-motivated, and prepared to take ownership of their responsibilities. I’m looking for professionals who can work well together, solve problems, communicate clearly, and help establish the systems needed to operate and grow the business.

Most importantly, I want people who are committed to working hard, building something from the ground up, and growing with the company over the long term. And yes if you have your own personal team that works too

An what I offer is the I’m the kind of boss who believes in taking care of my employees. Once the business reaches a sustainable level of profitability, with annual revenue of at least $100,000 to $200,000 beyond operating expenses, my goal is to increase employee pay to $100 per hour. At 40 hours per week, that would equal $8,000 in gross pay every two weeks.
