Meta Business API

Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Meta Business & Odoo Integration Specialist to set up our Meta Business Portfolio from scratch and integrate the WhatsApp Business API directly into our Odoo CRM environment. This infrastructure will support primary brands. A core requirement of this project is that one hundred percent administrative control and ownership of all Meta assets, WhatsApp accounts, phone numbers, and API access must remain fully under our primary business account, with clear documentation provided so our team can easily add new phone numbers and run independent campaigns in the future.

Key Responsibilities: Meta Business Portfolio and WhatsApp API Setup to configure our Meta Business Manager portfolio using our primary corporate credentials, guide us through Business Verification, and configure official business WhatsApp numbers; Odoo CRM Integration to connect the WhatsApp Business API with Odoo CRM, ensure incoming leads create or update contacts, and configure multi brand routing; Ownership Transfer to ensure all accounts and Meta Developer Apps are created under our company account; and Testing, Handover and Documentation to provide a step by step guide for future management.

Requirements: Proven experience with Meta Business Manager configuration, strong technical expertise with Odoo CRM and WhatsApp modules, deep knowledge of Meta security practices, and excellent communication skills.
