Large-Scale Solar Installation Supervision engineers recrutment

I’m overseeing an industrial solar build that exceeds the 20 MW mark and need experienced Electrical engineers to step in exclusively for installation supervision.
here are the profiles we need :

1/Electrical Engineer (Master's / 5-year degree) experiences 10 years Design / Construction of PV power plants > 2 MWp PV Technologies / Inverters and connection substations / Testing and commissioning of PV plants
2/Electrical Engineer (Master's / 5-year degree) experiences 10 years BESS Experience (> 2 MWh) Li-Ion Batteries / PCS, EMS, and BMS / Safety and operation of BESS systems
3/Electrical Engineer (Master's / 5-year degree) experiences 10 years MV / LV Networks, substations, and plant grid connection Grid connection studies and network coordination / Operation of electrical networks
4/Electrical Engineer (Master's / 5-year degree) experiences 10 years Power plant or industrial civil works Foundations / Steel structures / Quality control of civil engineering works

Scope of work
• Coordinate with the EPC crew, electricians and civil team so mechanical and electrical milestones stay in sync.
• Verify array layout, tilt, grounding, string configuration and torque values against the approved drawings.
• Sign off on all bolting, earthing and cable management before panels are flashed or inverters energized.
• Track progress in a concise daily log that flags deviations early and suggests fixes the same day.
• Produce a final punch-list and a hand-over pack that includes as-built redlines, test results and signoff certificates.

Acceptance criteria
1. No open punch-list items at hand-over.
2. All test records (IV curve, insulation resistance, polarity, continuity) attached in the final report.
3. Compliance evidence for NEC, IEC and local authority requirements.

I work with standard design files in AutoCAD, Helioscope and PVSyst; familiarity with these speeds reviews, but the priority is sharp on-site eyes and practical problem solving.
