Facebook Business Page Growth & Optimization – Real Estate + Bookkeeping

I have two Facebook business pages—one for my real estate business and one for my bookkeeping company, XactBalance Financial—that experienced a significant decline in reach, engagement, and recommendations.

I previously hired someone to address the suspension/restriction issue. I have now been told the pages are no longer suspended, and the automatic messaging/questions were removed. I am NOT looking for someone just to remove a restriction or submit an appeal.

I need an experienced Facebook/Meta professional who can now help me BOOST BOTH PAGES, increase activity and engagement, improve visibility, and ultimately help generate business leads.

Scope of Work
Audit both Facebook business pages for any remaining restrictions or issues affecting reach
Optimize all page settings, categories, About sections, CTAs, services, keywords, and other areas that could improve visibility
Review Meta Business Suite and ensure everything is configured correctly
Review current content and identify why engagement/reach may be low
Develop a separate growth strategy for each business
Improve organic reach, followers, likes, comments, shares, messages, and inquiries
Recommend and help implement an effective posting/Reels/video strategy
Provide strategies for community engagement and local visibility
Recommend which posts should be boosted
Develop a reasonable Facebook advertising/boosting strategy and budget
Help implement the agreed-upon changes—not simply provide general advice

I want to reach local home buyers, sellers, homeowners, and potential real estate clients and turn increased Facebook activity into actual leads.

XactBalance Financial

I want to reach small-business owners who need bookkeeping, QuickBooks, payroll, cleanup, and ongoing financial-management services. The goal is to generate qualified bookkeeping leads, not simply accumulate followers.

Deliverables

Confirmation that no remaining account/recommendation issues are limiting visibility
Separate 30-day growth plan for each business
Specific posting and engagement strategy
Recommendations for boosting/paid advertising
Hands-on implementation of agreed page optimizations

IMPORTANT

The restriction/suspension issue has already been addressed. This project is primarily about rebuilding and growing both pages.

When bidding, please tell me exactly what you will do for the price you quote. I do not want a vague proposal.

I am looking for someone who will actually work on both pages—not someone who will make one or two setting changes and consider the project complete.
