Build & Manage US eBay Team

My goal is to turn a stock of used smartphones into steady cash-flow on both eBay and Swappa. To do that, I need a small, well-coordinated group of US-based sellers who understand each platform’s policies, fees, and buyer expectations.

Here’s exactly what has to happen:

• Recruit and vet capable eBay and Swappa sellers located in the United States.
• Set up listing templates, pricing rules, and photo standards that fit used-phone best practices.
• Oversee day-to-day listing, order processing, shipping, and customer messaging through eBay Seller Hub and the Swappa dashboard.
• Track inventory levels, returns, and feedback in a shared spreadsheet or through another light inventory tool of your choice.
• Deliver a concise weekly report that shows units listed, units sold, average sale price, fees, and net margin.

Acceptance criteria
1. At least three active US sellers onboarded within thisweeks.
2. First batch of phones listed and live on both marketplaces within three days of seller onboarding.
3. Weekly report submitted every Monday by 12:00 PM EST.

All devices are used smartphones only; no other electronics will be supplied. Consistent communication, transparent accounting, and platform compliance are non-negotiable.
