My web app currently runs in just html + some js environment and I’d like its JavaScript bundle slimmed down and shielded from easy copying. The task is straightforward:
• Take the existing JS files from my repo, run them through a minification and obfuscation pipeline (tool choice is open—Terser, javascript-obfuscator, or any solid alternative).
• Preserve 100 % of current functionality and visual behaviour—no feature regressions.
• Package the process into a repeatable build step (npm script or similar) so I can trigger it myself whenever the codebase changes.
• Hand back the processed files, the config/script you created, and a short read-me on how to rerun everything.
I don’t have firm exclusions yet, so we can review the folder structure together and decide whether any files should remain untouched.
When you respond, let me know which toolchain you’d use and how you’d wire it into the existing build flow. Sharing a quick before/after snippet from past minification-obfuscation work would be a welcome bonus.
