IT Building HVAC Layout

We are looking for a freelancer to create clean HVAC floor plans for a multi-storey BMS project.

Scope of Work:
Create simplified floor plans for a multi-storey commercial building.
Show the AHU room/location on each floor.
Design and show the HVAC ductwork distribution from the AHU.
Place and clearly identify VAVs based on the required distribution.
Show the duct routing and VAV connections clearly.
Maintain proper alignment and a clean technical layout suitable for BMS graphical screens.
Use consistent symbols, line styles, labels, and layout across all floors.
Important:
No furniture should be included.
No desks, chairs, cabins, decorative elements, or interior design details are required.
The drawing should focus only on building outline, AHU rooms, ductwork, VAVs, and relevant HVAC elements.
The final output should be clean and visually suitable for integration into a BMS/HVAC monitoring interface.
Deliverables:
Multi-storey HVAC floor plans.
AHU room/location.
Main and branch ductwork.
VAV placement and identification.
Editable source files.
Final files suitable for use as a reference for BMS graphics.

Experience with HVAC layouts, ductwork, VAV systems, AutoCAD, or BMS graphics is preferred.
