3D MEP Equipment Drawings

For an upcoming project, I need to convert a PDF containing design dimensions, formats, specifications, and other relevant information into AutoCAD format.

The task involves accurately recreating the information provided in the PDF as editable AutoCAD drawings. The converted drawings should maintain the original dimensions, layouts, annotations, symbols, and other relevant design information as closely as possible.

The final deliverables will include native DWG files and clearly organised PDF drawings for review and reference.

Please tell me how many similar PDF-to-AutoCAD conversion projects you have completed and briefly outline the scope of each project so I can assess your experience and reliability. Screenshots or sample files demonstrating your experience with accurately converting technical drawings from PDF into AutoCAD will also be helpful.

Acceptance criteria

• All dimensions and design information are accurately reproduced from the source PDF
• Drawing layouts, formats, annotations, symbols, and other relevant details are maintained
• AutoCAD drawings are properly organised using appropriate layers, blocks, and naming conventions
• The resulting DWG files are fully editable and accurately reflect the original PDF
• Final files open correctly and without errors in AutoCAD 2020 or newer

Once we agree on the scope and milestones, I will provide the reference PDF files and any additional drawing standards or templates required for the conversion.
