Integrated Employee Management Suite

I need a single, cohesive platform that lets me follow every employee action, handle billing, keep HR processes smooth, and stay on top of inventory in real time. The first build should centre on three pillars running side-by-side: employee tracking (mobile + web), billing/payroll, and a lightweight HR hub.

Employee tracking
• Real-time clock-in/clock-out with GPS or network validation
• Task creation, assignment, and progress tracking that links straight into each employee profile
• Push and email notifications for deadlines or location anomalies

HR management
The core HR panel must support:
• Employee payroll management
• Task assignment and tracking
• Employee performance reviews

Billing & vendor links
Invoices should pull approved hours and expenses automatically, then let me send, export, or sync to QuickBooks/Xero. Each vendor profile needs the same visibility as an employee card so I can compare costs at a glance.

Inventory control
The stock room has to feed data into purchasing and billing, reducing manual double-entry. Required capabilities:
• Inventory tracking
• Stock alerts (threshold-based and forecast)
• Vendor management linked to purchase orders

Tech preferences
Open to React (web), React Native or Flutter (mobile), with a Laravel or Node.js back end and a clean REST/GraphQL layer—suggest alternates if you can prove faster turnaround. PostgreSQL or MySQL are fine; just keep the schema well documented so future modules slot in easily.

Acceptance criteria for this phase
1. A live demo URL (web) and an installable APK/TestFlight build (mobile) covering the features above.
2. Source code in a private Git repo with clear read-me and environment setup instructions.
3. Basic unit tests for critical workflows (login, time punch, payroll calculation, low-stock alert).
4. One-hour hand-over call and recorded video walkthrough.
