Instructional PPT E-Learning Design

I’m putting together a complete e-learning course for our company and need an experienced instructional designer who is comfortable turning raw subject matter into a polished, student-friendly PowerPoint deck. The resource will serve students, so clarity, logical flow, and age-appropriate language are critical.

What I already have: basic outlines and learning objectives.
What I need from you: a well-structured PPT that guides learners from introduction through assessment, using visual cues, concise text blocks, and occasional knowledge-check slides to keep engagement high. Please weave in instructional design best practices—Gagné’s events, micro-learning breaks, clear callouts for activities—so the material can stand alone without an instructor present.

Deliverables
• Storyboard or slide map for sign-off before you build the full deck
• Final PowerPoint file (editable) with speaker notes and embedded media placeholders
• Brief usage guide explaining slide sequence, learning goals, and suggestions for facilitation
