I have a draft that needs to look like it just came out of a top-tier corporate communications team. The content is ready, but the layout and styling still feel rough. I’m after a clean, modern Microsoft Word template that follows a consistent Commercial/Corporate style throughout and remains fully editable for future updates.

What I need you to do
• Apply a logical heading hierarchy using Word styles so I can add or move sections later without breaking formatting.
• Build a title page and an executive summary section that stand out yet stay on-brand.
• Insert an auto-generated table of contents that updates with a single click.
• Format tables, figures and images so they scale correctly and sit neatly on the page.
• Add headers, footers and dynamic page numbering that behave across portrait or landscape pages.
• Keep spacing, fonts and colour palette consistent for a crisp, professional finish.

Final deliverables
1. A polished DOCX file (fully unlocked and editable).
2. A matching PDF export that demonstrates the layout intact.

I’ll supply the raw text and any images the moment we start. If you can show a sample of similar corporate documents you’ve formatted, that will help me choose quickly.
