Instagram Lead-Gen Ad Setup

I need a compact, well-structured Meta Ads campaign that runs exclusively on Instagram and focuses on one clear objective: generating qualified leads.

Here is what I already know and want:
– Ad format: single-image ads only.
– Platform placement: Instagram feed/stories; no Facebook or Audience Network.
– Goal tracking: native Meta lead-generation form connected to my CRM (I can supply access credentials).

You will handle everything inside Ads Manager—from audience research and campaign build to copywriting, creative sizing, and lead-form configuration—then deliver the finished campaign ready for launch. Please include a short hand-over guide outlining the structure, key settings, and how I can monitor results once live.

Deliverables
1. Campaign, ad set, and ad fully set up in my Meta Business account
2. 1–2 variations of image creative and copy, optimised for feed & stories
3. Custom lead form with the fields we agree on (name, email, phone by default)
4. Quick reference sheet (.pdf or Doc) summarising targeting, budget pacing, and optimisation tips
