Looking for an Instagram Content Strategist & Personal Branding Expert

I'm looking for an experienced content strategist to help me grow my Instagram page, build a strong personal brand, and develop a data-driven content strategy.

What I need help with:

- Analytics & Insights: Analyze my Instagram analytics, including reach, watch time, audience retention, shares, saves, profile visits, and follower conversion, to identify growth opportunities.
- Growth Strategy: Help me identify why growth may be stagnating and develop actionable strategies to increase organic reach and attract relevant followers.
- Content Planning: Recommend which topics and formats to focus on, how frequently to post, and how to balance trending topics with evergreen content.
- Personal Branding: Guide me on building a recognizable personal brand, developing a unique content style, and differentiating myself from other creators in my niche.
- Content Funnel & Conversion: Suggest effective CTAs, comment-to-DM automation, free resources, lead magnets, and strategies to convert viewers into followers and customers.
- **Ongoing Strategic Guidance:** Review performance, suggest experiments, and help me refine my strategy based on actual results and analytics.

Working Arrangement:

I'm looking for someone on an hourly, pay-as-needed basis, rather than a full-time position or a fixed monthly retainer. I'll reach out whenever I need a content audit, analytics review, strategic guidance, or help planning my next phase of growth.

I'm not looking for generic advice such as "post consistently" or "follow trends." I need someone who can analyze data, explain the reasoning behind their recommendations, and provide practical strategies I can implement.
