Title: Instagram Growth Manager Needed – Property/Real Estate Brand (Ongoing)

We're an Australian property advisory business (buyers agency + property intelligence reports) looking for someone to grow our Instagram account the right way — real engagement and reach, not vanity numbers.
We already produce video content regularly (AI avatar + UGC style), so this role is about strategy, posting, and growth — not starting from zero.
What we need:
A content calendar and posting strategy using our existing video content (plus your ideas for new content)
Captions, hooks, and CTAs written for an Australian property-investor audience
Hashtag/SEO and Reels strategy to grow reach
Genuine audience engagement (comments/DMs)
Weekly or fortnightly reporting on followers, reach, and engagement
What we will NOT accept:
Follow/unfollow, mass liking/commenting, or any bot/automation-based growth tactics — these violate Instagram's terms and risk our account being penalized
Purchased or fake followers
Requests for our account password — we'll add you as a collaborator/admin via Meta Business Suite or a scheduling tool (Later, Metricool, Buffer)
Ideal seller:
Proven results growing real estate, finance, or professional services accounts (please share case studies with real metrics)
Understands the current Instagram algorithm and Reels-first strategy
Comfortable with Australian business tone — professional but approachable
Reports on data, not just "vibes"
