Handwritten Notes to Text File -- 2

I have several pages of handwritten notes—thankfully all legible and clear—that I need turned into a clean, error-free plain-text file (.txt). Accuracy is crucial: every word, number, and line break must match the original sheets. No fancy formatting, just straight text that I can later import into my own software.

You’re free to use any tool you like (Notepad, Sublime, Google Docs export, etc.) as long as the final deliverable is a single UTF-8 encoded .txt file with zero extra characters or missed lines.
