Instagram Content Creator for Podcast - Ongoing Content Repurposing

I am looking for a creative content assistant to help turn episodes of my podcast, The Purposeful Shift, into thoughtful, high-quality Instagram content.

The podcast is primarily for women exploring change, confidence, purpose and what they want from the next stage of their lives.

I currently have around 18 - 20 solo podcast episodes in the back catalogue, with new episodes continuing to be released. I would like to work through the existing episodes initially and then continue with new episodes if we work well together, so there is potential for regular ongoing work.

For each episode I will provide the full podcast transcript, TPS branding, photographs and examples of my existing Instagram content.

For a full episode content pack, I would like the freelancer to:

- Read and understand the podcast transcript
- Identify the strongest and most relatable ideas from the episode
- Create 2 single-image Instagram posts
- Create 2 short Instagram carousel posts, usually 3 - 5 slides each
- Suggest a caption for each post
- Supply editable Canva links/files as well as finished images ready to publish
- Follow the existing TPS visual brand while also suggesting thoughtful design improvements where appropriate

The most important skills for this role are strong written English, good editorial judgement and a strong eye for social media design.

I am happy for AI tools to be used to support the creative process, but I am not looking for someone who simply puts the transcript into ChatGPT and copies the output into Canva. I can already do that myself.

The final content needs to feel human, specific to the original episode and genuinely useful or relatable to the audience. Generic motivational content or obviously AI-generated copy will not be suitable.

I prefer minimal use of generic stock photography. I can provide photographs of myself and brand assets, and stock imagery should only be used where it genuinely adds value to the post.

Initial paid test

The budget shown for this project is for an INITIAL PAID TEST, not for completing the entire podcast back catalogue.

The test will use one real podcast transcript and will involve creating:

- 1 single-image Instagram post
- 1 short carousel of approximately 3 - 5 slides
- suggested captions for both
- editable design files

If we work well together, I would like to agree a price per full episode content pack or batch of episodes and continue working through the existing back catalogue, followed by new episodes as they are released. This will be based on the paid text bid you propose.
