Fix PDF Image & Table Issues

I have several PDFs that I need to edit inside Microsoft Word, but two recurring problems are slowing me down. First, some images disappear entirely once the file is converted or opened in Word. Second—and even more critical—the tables go haywire: cells merge unpredictably, which throws off the entire layout.

Your task is to step in, diagnose why these two issues occur, and deliver corrected Word files where:

• every image displays exactly as it does in the original PDF
• all table cells remain distinct, with their original borders and alignment preserved

You are free to use any reliable approach—re-exporting from Acrobat, tweaking conversion settings, re-building tables manually, or applying VBA/macros—so long as the final Word documents look identical to the source PDFs.
