My industrial-grade tool design now needs to leave the drawing board and prove itself in hardware. I’m after a mechanical / electrical engineer who can take the existing concept and deliver a working sample that:

• Functions exactly as the design intends under real-world operating loads
• Meets basic safety expectations for operator use and maintenance
• Demonstrates that the assembly can be produced consistently, paving the way for mass manufacture

You’ll be responsible for sourcing or machining parts, integrating any electrical wiring, controls or sensors, assembling the unit, and putting it through practical tests. I’ll supply the current schematics, BOM and any performance targets already defined; you’ll refine what’s missing, build the prototype and document every step—materials, settings, tolerances, test data and improvement notes—so the results can be replicated by a contract manufacturer.

A concise validation report that covers load/performance data, safety observations and recommendations for production scaling will complete the engagement. If you have access to a workshop with CNC, basic electronics bench equipment and test rigs, that’s ideal, but I’m open to remote work so long as you can ship the finished prototype and the full documentation pack.
