Reseller Payment Platform Development

I need a full-featured online payment platform inspired by https://panel.eupay.co. From a single main administrator dashboard I must be able to create resellers, assign each of them a unique website URL, and monitor every transaction that flows through the system.

Resellers will log in to their own area, create and manage sub-resellers, and watch their growth. They should see balances update in real time while the system credits them a fixed amount per transaction. Card payments and bank transfers are the only processors that have to be live for launch, yet the architecture should stay open for future add-ons such as crypto or local wallets.

Security, speed, and a modern mobile-first interface are non-negotiable. Clean reporting, searchable transaction history, commission summaries, and a straightforward balance-settlement flow round out the core feature set.
