Most SEO candidates know how to run an audit.

Far fewer know how to find what is actually suppressing performance, correct it, and prove the work produced something beyond another spreadsheet.

Production Connections is hiring a full-time SEO Executive with 3–5 years of serious, hands-on experience.

This is an ongoing remote position. You will report to the SEO Manager for day-to-day execution and the SEO Department Head for strategy, standards, and performance accountability.

This is not a report-only role.

You will be expected to work across every major pillar of organic search: technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, internal linking, authority building, performance monitoring, and conversion alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Auditing and improving existing pages based on search intent, competitive positioning, content quality, and conversion potential

• Conducting keyword research, search-intent mapping, content-gap analysis, and competitor analysis

• Optimizing titles, meta descriptions, headings, page copy, image attributes, internal links, URLs, and structured data

• Developing logical internal-linking systems that strengthen topical authority and move users toward conversion

• Monitoring Google Search Console for crawl errors, indexing problems, manual actions, coverage issues, page experience problems, and performance changes

• Running technical crawls through Screaming Frog or comparable platforms

• Diagnosing redirect chains, broken links, duplicate content, canonical errors, orphaned pages, sitemap problems, robots.txt conflicts, and indexation waste

• Monitoring Core Web Vitals and working with developers to correct page-speed and technical-performance bottlenecks

• Building high-quality backlinks through legitimate outreach, digital PR, partnerships, and relationship development

• Preparing content briefs and optimizing drafts so each page has a realistic opportunity to rank and convert

• Tracking rankings, qualified organic traffic, leads, conversions, and commercial movement—not hiding behind vanity metrics

• Maintaining clear task documentation, roadmaps, reports, and implementation priorities

• Collaborating with writers, developers, paid-media specialists, and leadership without creating operational confusion

WHAT WE EXPECT

• 3–5 years of professional SEO experience

• Proven experience managing on-page, off-page, technical, and content-focused SEO work

• Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or comparable platforms

• Working knowledge of schema markup, HTML fundamentals, WordPress, redirects, canonicals, XML sitemaps, and Core Web Vitals

• Experience developing ethical backlink campaigns without spam, link farms, automated garbage, or private blog network tactics

• Strong written English and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly

• The ability to prioritize problems based on business impact rather than whichever warning appears first in an audit tool

• Strong attention to detail, dependable availability, and the ability to work inside an accountable team structure

• Evidence of previous SEO performance improvements

Local SEO experience and experience working with law firms, contractors, medical practices, restoration companies, or other high-value service businesses are advantages.

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY

Do not apply if your version of SEO is publishing generic blogs, buying cheap backlinks, exporting automated audits, and waiting six months to explain why nothing moved.

Do not apply if you need every task broken into step-by-step instructions.

Do not apply if you cannot show examples of rankings, visibility, qualified traffic, leads, or technical improvements you directly influenced.

We are not hiring someone to look busy.

We are hiring someone who can identify what is broken, execute the correction, document the work, and measure the result.

HOW TO APPLY

Begin your proposal with the word: INDEXED

Then include:

1. Your total years of SEO experience
2. The SEO platforms you use regularly
3. Two examples of measurable SEO results you produced
4. One difficult technical SEO problem you personally diagnosed and corrected
5. Your monthly compensation expectation
6. Your working hours, time zone, and availability
7. Confirmation that you are available for a long-term, full-time remote engagement

Generic proposals will be ignored.

Production Connections does not confuse activity with progress.

Neither should you.
