Improve Domain Email Reputation

Our marketing emails are struggling to reach the inbox. Outlook reports a consistently low trust score for my sending domain, so most of our promotional campaigns end up flagged as spam instead of engaging our customers.

I need an email-deliverability specialist to diagnose why reputation dipped and implement concrete fixes that boost trust with the major spam filters. An SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checkup, sender-score analysis, list hygiene review, and content best-practice tweaks will likely be part of the work, but I am open to any proven tactic you recommend. The end goal is simple: have future marketing sends consistently hit the primary inbox.
