I am preparing a federated IFC building model for issue and need an experienced BIM professional to give it a thorough health-check. You will open the file in Revit—this is the environment my team works in—then examine every architectural, structural and MEP element, including the boq analysic information embedded in the objects.

The review must cover:
• Clashes and overall coordination between disciplines
• Model completeness and consistency, both geometrically and in the data fields
• Quantities and other schedule information contained in the model data

Work through the full structure: inspect the hierarchy, check object parameters, run clash detection, validate quantity take-offs and spot any missing or mislabeled components. Where Navisworks or Solibri can strengthen the clash or rules-based checking you are free to use them, but the core audit should stay within Revit so I can easily reproduce your viewpoints.

Deliverables
1. A written technical report (PDF) detailing every issue, grouped by discipline and severity, with screenshots or marked-up views.
2. An itemised recommendation list explaining how to resolve each clash, inconsistency or data gap.
3. If you generate viewpoints, selection sets or Revit mark-ups, include the corresponding RVT or NWD file so I can navigate directly to each problem area.

Acceptance criteria: all clashes are logged, any incomplete or inconsistent elements are clearly identified, quantity discrepancies are quantified, and every observation is traceable to a view or object ID in the supplied files.

The IFC will be sent once we start; I aim to review your findings within two working days of delivery, so please outline the time you need to complete the audit when you respond.
