I’m launching a small RCI-branded initiative in Kolaras aimed at helping local students discover the careers that truly suit their strengths and interests. To get this off the ground, I need a seasoned career coach who can both design and deliver engaging, student-friendly career-exploration sessions.
Here’s what I’m hoping you’ll bring:
• A structured programme that guides secondary-school and early-college students through self-assessment, labour-market awareness and goal setting.
• Practical, activity-based workshops—online or on-site in Kolaras—complete with slide decks, worksheets and takeaway action plans.
• Familiarity with recognised tools such as Holland Codes, MBTI, StrengthsFinder (or your preferred equivalents) and the creativity to present them in a way teenagers relate to.
• One-to-one follow-up templates so each student leaves with a personalised roadmap.
Deliverables
1. Detailed session plan (minimum four modules) with learning objectives and timelines.
2. All participant materials: slides (PowerPoint/Canva), workbooks and feedback forms.
3. A facilitator’s guide so additional coaches can replicate the programme.
4. A short impact report after the first cohort, summarising attendance, student feedback and recommended tweaks.
Acceptance Criteria
• Content must be fully original or properly licensed.
• Exercises should emphasise exploration over résumé writing or interview prep.
• Language and examples must resonate with Indian students aged 15-21.
• First cohort to be delivered within six weeks of contract start.
If you’re passionate about opening young minds to the world of work and you have proof of previous success in student-centric career coaching, let’s talk and shape futures together.
