The build is structured in two clear phases. From day one, the target is an initial, working release online within the first two weeks—lightweight, functional, and ready for real-world feedback. After that milestone, the same codebase will evolve over the following ten weeks, capping the full project at twelve weeks total.

During the two-week sprint, I expect the essentials in place: a responsive layout, core navigation, and any foundational back-end pieces we agree on during kickoff (for example, a basic data model or simple authentication hook). Once the MVP is live, our workflow shifts into iterative enhancements—refining the UI, expanding content sections, integrating additional features, and tightening performance and security—until we reach the twelve-week finish line.

Version control (Git), ticket-based task tracking, and weekly checkpoints will keep us in sync. Each fortnight should end with a deployable increment so progress stays visible and testable.

Final deliverables
• A production-ready website deployed on the agreed host
• Complete source code in a shared repository
• Setup and usage documentation clear enough for another developer to follow
• A short handover session walking through deployment and configuration

Hand-off happens only when everything is fully functional, documented, and stable within the twelve-week window.
