IAAP-Certified Accessibility Audit for SEBI Compliance (Simple text based Informational Website)

Project Description:

I am an individual SEBI-Registered Research Analyst looking for an IAAP-certified accessibility auditor (CPACC, WAS, or CPWA) to perform a digital accessibility compliance audit for my website.
The audit must fulfill the recent SEBI Mandate for Digital Accessibility, aligning with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, IS 17802, and the RPwD Act guidelines.

Website Scope & Details:

• Size: very small website with a few opages
• Type: Simple, static, text-based informational website.
• Functionality: No online payment processing, no user onboarding portals, no logins, and no complex dynamic databases. It is purely an informational site.

Deliverables Required:

1. Initial Audit Report: A comprehensive scan and manual review of the 4 pages, providing a clear checklist of any accessibility gaps (color contrast, alt text, keyboard navigation, header structures).
2. Final Verification & Compliance Report: Once the logged errors are fixed, a final re-test must be conducted to issue the official, legally valid accessibility compliance certificate/report required for SEBI/BASL submission.

Important Notes:

• Testing Only: You are only responsible for testing and reporting. Coding/remediation will be handled on my end based on your initial checklist.
• Certification Mandatory: Please share your active IAAP Certification ID or a link to your IAAP profile when applying. Submissions without verifiable IAAP credentials will not be considered.
• Budget: Fixed budget. Looking for individual freelancers or boutique professionals who can offer competitive rates for this very small, text-based scope.
