i need Python-Rust library experience developer

I’m building a small cross-language toolkit and need a compact Rust library, with Python bindings, that can interrogate a running browser process (chrome.exe, msedge.exe or firefox.exe) and give me three precise pieces of data:

• URL of the currently active tab
• Titles of every open tab in that same window
• The active tab’s selected/unselected state (boolean flag)

I do NOT need any information about inactive tabs beyond their titles, so you can ignore the well-known UI Automation hurdle of extracting hidden address-bar values. Focusing on the active tab should keep things lean and fast.

Target environment
– Windows 10/11
– Rust stable (latest) + Cargo
– Python 3.10+ via a lightweight wrapper (pyo3/maturin is fine)

Success criteria
1. A callable Rust function (and matching Python wrapper) that accepts a browser window handle or process ID and returns the three data points above.
2. Works reliably with Chrome, Edge and Firefox in their current public releases.
3. Sample Python script that prints the results for whichever browser window currently has focus.
4. Clear build instructions in a README.

If you have prior experience poking the UI Automation tree or similar Windows APIs from Rust, this should be straightforward. I’m happy to test intermediate milestones and offer quick feedback so we can iterate rapidly.
